Life is about balance.

Some days you choose the workout, the long run, or one more mile. But sometimes moving forward looks completely different - late night preparations, learning something new, bringing an idea to life, working towards something that truly matters to you, or simply taking one small step towards a dream.

And then there are moments when you choose good wine, good company, a long dinner, or simply some time for yourself.

“SWEAT NOW - WINE LATER” is a little reminder that there's room for both. Working hard and enjoying life. Moving towards your goals and being present in the moment. Everything in balance  and whatever you choose, be fully there and enjoy it without regret.

Because moving forward doesn't mean you always have to be rushing. Every step forward matters and so does enjoying the journey in between.
